In this 12-week online course, you will learn how to manage your wellbeing over the winter months.

Each week we will introduce you to a theme focussed on the drivers of our wellbeing with world-class bite-sized content delivered by Jack Green and Rob Stephenson with special guest and thought leaders.
We will inspire you to focus on sleep; movement and exercise; nutrition; managing finances; social connections; helping others; parenting; balancing stress; sense of purpose and much more.
In addition to learning about what keeps you well, we will get you doing the things that work for you with weekly exercise sessions from Jack.
